Procedure for enforcement of civil laws like contracts, marriage, property, civil right violations etc. is extended to our student through this subject with a practice (moot-court). Drafting of pleadings, claiming interim relief or specific relief, assisting judiciary for framing issues for appropriate justice etc. are practiced by our student, so as to become a good civil lawyer either on original side or on appellate side.
The students would be well-equipped in understanding the conflicting concepts like Arrest of the Accused and release on Bail, which are very crucial in a criminal case. The specific objective is to train all the students to make them understand how the system of Criminal Administration of Justice works and the offices of important functionaries like Police, Prosecution, Court, Defence Counsel and Correctional Services etc. do serve in a legal system for protection of peace in the society.The adequate knowledge in this field would make our student to develop required attitude for best utilisation as a prosecutor, defence lawyer, investigating officer or judicial officer.
Bank and banking system is a socio - economical institution and as a developing state, India has witnessed many changes from banking as a generic entity to specialised one. The students will be able to learn conceptual and legal parameters for judicial interpretation of banking law and students will get knowledge related to new dimensions in banking system including e-commerce and e-banking and abridged comparative analysis of international banking system.
Alternative Dispute Resolution Systems developed across the globe in consonance with our ancient Indian panchayat system, will be introduced to our students to develop proficiency for the adoption of the methods like negotiation, mediation etc. Various issues that are developing out of legal relationships are addressed through a statutory support and our students are given ample opportunity to gain expertise through their affiliation with our village care and protection centre and Nalgonda District Legal Service Authority. Mediator, Arbitrator, Counsellor etc. are the new avenues for social service/ engineering and our students would be tuned for the same.
Profession of advocacy is in dangerous peril due to various factors as identified in number of committee reports and judgements. To overcome the same and equip our student with appropriate skills, this subject would be explored by our student in different methods like mock-disciplinary proceedings, interviews with clients of advocates etc. Financial accountability is insisted as a sinequanon for Advocacy, as this profession is noble one contrary to commercial one.
