Advantages and Disadvantages of Governance from ancient period to British period will be advanced to the student for identifying the future governance he expects.
The course acquaints the students with the political theories in the Ancient Regime. The “nature of state and its origin” in developing governance will extend the conceptual knowledge so as to have best appreciation for sovereignty both in and outside the country. Political set up of a state has its genesis in theories of governance and species in constitutional framework adopted by the concerned state. Political ideology in its ideological perception would be the outcome of this course.
The introduction of this course to our student helps our student to enter into the profession of Legislative drafting in addition to the appropriate use of legal terms. This course is a foundation for the interpretation of statutes and accordingly necessary activities are given to the students basing on his level of appreciation with a final objective for appropriate utilization of the course.
