This course will provide the building blocks in legal knowledge that will be necessary for comprehending relationship between law and economics. The course will make the students familiar with legal areas that will constitute the basis of law and economics. Justice enshrined in Constitution of India as to economic aspects and its deprivation to certain people even after 70 years of Independence would be the hypothesis of our student for study of this area, so as to achieve the target within his reach.
Structure and functions of eco-system, when communicated to student for best appreciation with special reference to ancient & modern practices, student would be taking a vow to follow eco-system both in personal and professional life.
This course would help students to understand rules for special series of contracts and the required approach of law towards them. It will also enhance the ability of the students in knowing Indian Legal system, judiciary, judicial gloss and other wings of the government relating to commercial activities. It would polish interpretative and research skills of the students and would help them understand the intricacies of legal aspects of the contractual dealings.
We introduce this course to the students with a conceptual knowledge and advantages including disadvantages. The recent verdict from Supreme Court on triple Talaq would be perceived by our student to develop the needful mechanism to avoid future conflicts.
